did you make a driveway using both the driveway icon and then the extra pavement icon to put the car in?
it’s both located in the same menu..
anyway, you can buy cars on on the buy catalog. There should be an icon that says misc. I think.
also if you want good cars, download some by going to google and typing fresh prince sims 2, he has the best cars

There is no special car dealership. After you’ve built the driveway, you just buy a car like you would your furniture. It’s an option that you should find in the miscellaneous.
