I’m looking into buying a used car from a used car dealer, which is not a buy here, pay here dealership. I was wondering what West Virginia’s laws are if the vehicle does not pass state inspection. I know some states require the dealer to ensure that it will pass state inspection, is West Virginia one of these states?
