Hi all

I am in the UK and I have had my car repair a few months ago and after the repairs were complete I had a lot of money problems and therefore unable to pay for the repairs on my car.

At the moment the mechanic ‘holding’ the car until I pay but he has said that he will sell it to make back the costs. What can I do and is he able to sale my car without my consent?

Thanks in advance.
Matt

My front fender got dented. Would you make time to repair it right away or drive with it for a while? To some people a dent is really bad while others don’t care about it so much. Some even say it adds uniqueness. Did you / do you have a dent in your car and how do you feel about it?
