They are the bake fluid and the power steering fluid. But I do not know where to send it to since I am not supposed to dump in the drain or pour them in to a garbage can or just dump it outside house.

I am purposely not stating the type of car, as I want a general answer. What are your first-hand experiences or what do you think in general?
The car was bought brand new in 2001 for $20,000.
