Is it true they put pistons inside some of the parts to make the car fix itself? And speaking of non-CGI, it’s worth a laurgh to see some of the old monster movies, just to see how different Hollywood’s idea of “scary” was back then. And about animation, CGI can do some cool stuff, but I think it would be better if they tried to make a hand-drawn animated movie that exceeded the standards of the best CGI movies.(UP, Finding Nemo, Cars)Look at movies like Balto and Spirit!

I’m replying to this a little late but come on dude, you’re making an argument by usuing a shitty movie like Transformers as your example. CGI is actually not cheaper, or quicker, get your facts straight, it costs a **** ton of money, and it’s not exactly fast. If you wanna use a good example use Lord of the Rings or something, and even still the fact is CGI doesn’t look as good as miniatures, scenes like this, you can tell it’s fake right off the bat, Matrix is a prime example.
