do not use any kind of cooling system leak sealer in your cooling system. although these products can stop a cooling system leak they also cause other problems that will end up costing more in the long run. the main problems are they also will stop up the heater core, which in 98% of vehicles on the road today is a very costly repair, they also accumulate at the thermostat ( basically a heat controlled orifice) causing a restriction in the coolant flow which causes an overheat condition
