i just bought a new regulater was only 100 bucks so wasnt worth spending 2 hrs messin with the old one thanks tho

Most of the time you can order it from the dealer. Or you can take the old broken cable out. Take it with you to a hardware store and just match the cable up with the right new size. From that point it would just be setting it up to work on the pulley system.

Thanks for vid–very helpful.sadly regulator is 100 euro –so This will save me paying garage for fitting– a whopping 60 euro.

Also agree with kildac–Why isn’t cable available?
