how can i turn on the auto-recall feature of mozilla firefox. eg. when u reboot ur pc wihout closing the firefox windows and then when it will come back it will open a dialogue box saying. do u want to start on a previous session or start a new session.. for some reason my pc wont do that?? any ideas?

Sorry, my memory sometimes fails me because of all the different browsers I use and the constant upgrades. For Firefox 3.0.1, you have the option to restore your previous tabs when Firefox starts. It’s not exactly the same thing you are talking about, but close enough. Under Firefox, click Tools, click Options, click the Main tab and under Startup - When Firefox Starts, click the down arrow and select Show my windows and tabs from last time. It might be interesting to note that Internet Explorer 8 Beta 2 does provide a similar functionality. If IE 8 crashes, it will prompt you to restore the tabs or not.
